Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing documents, as well as collaborating with other teams to ensure efficient document posting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing documents thoroughly and ensuring no errors before posting them to members
  • Coordinating and packaging bulk policy documents in a streamlined manner
  • Generating secure access credentials for security purposes
  • Arranging returned post for documentation
  • Utilizing workflow tools to track daily document processing and collaborating with other teams to ensure correct and efficient posting
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative role is required
  • Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, on-site
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft suite, and have introductory level Salesforce knowledge
