Job Description

The New Business Administrator role is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for the asset life cycle from application to fulfillment. This includes working in a fast-paced team predominantly dealing with Motor, Agri and SME asset finance lending.

This exciting opportunity provides access and exposure to all departments and levels of our growing organization. As a Business Development Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on innovation and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results and exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases to ensure efficient data management.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience gained in Finance or Office Administration would be an advantage.
  • Hold a 3rd level qualification in a related business discipline (ideally FETAC Level 6 or above).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using standard information systems, particularly MS Office, and able to adapt to new systems.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
