Job Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our client success team.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, updating CRM records, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring seamless communication between teams.

You will work closely with the Client Success Manager to launch onboarding new clients, maintain accurate records on the CRM, and prepare account updates for regular meetings.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Client Support: Assist the Client Success Manager with client plans and communication, while also acting as the point of contact for assigned client inquiries.
  2. Account Management: Support the Client Success Manager with launching onboarding new clients, maintaining CRM records, and preparing account updates.
  3. Relationship Building: Foster positive client relationships by understanding their needs and aligning them with company solutions.
  4. Project Coordination: Approach work with a project mindset to ensure client deliverables are met within established timelines.
  5. Reporting: Compile and present client metrics to share insights with key stakeholders.
  6. Issue Resolution: Identify and escalate potential challenges, offering proactive solutions to address client concerns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in account management, client services, or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
