Business Development Leader

We seek a visionary leader to drive sales growth, manage distributors and dealers, oversee marketing and operations, and ensure profitable expansion across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all day-to-day business operations across multiple regions
- Lead revenue growth through strategic partnerships, distributors, and direct accounts
- Develop and execute market strategies to expand into new European markets
- Manage performance metrics, forecasting, and reporting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Coordinate marketing activities, trade shows, and brand development
- Ensure operational efficiency and oversee logistics and supply chain
