Executive Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who wants to make a meaningful contribution to the Residential Tenancies Board.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of activities, including supporting all areas of the business unit's work. They will also have the opportunity to develop their skills and expertise in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will work closely with other teams to achieve our goals and objectives. You will also have the opportunity to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the business unit
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve business processes and outcomes
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress
Requirements:
  • A minimum Level 7 qualification or at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent task management, planning and organisational skills
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
