Team Lead - EMEA

We seek a seasoned, people-first professional to helm our outbound BDR team in EMEA. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about talent development and data-driven strategies.

About this Opportunity:
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team of BDRs, focusing on structured coaching, feedback, and growth plans.
  • Drive pipeline generation strategy: define and iterate on outbound programs, including ICP targeting, messaging frameworks, sequencing, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Bolster repeatable systems that consistently deliver qualified pipeline - you'll own playbooks, KPIs, and process improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Field Readiness, and Regional Leaders to align on outbound programs and campaign execution.
Your Background:
  • 2+ years of experience leading SDR or BDR teams in high-growth B2B companies, preferably across multiple regions.
  • A proven track record in building and scaling outbound pipeline generation motions, with deep knowledge of prospecting best practices, outreach tactics, and conversion levers.
  • Passionate about developing people, giving clear feedback, and nurturing career growth.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity - you bring clarity and focus to evolving environments.
  • A collaborative communicator with strong cross-functional influence.
