Job Title

We are seeking a dynamic leader to support the day-to-day running of our store. As Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring high standards of availability and quality, and contributing to a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, coaching, and managing a team to deliver great results.
  2. Take full accountability for the store when the Store Manager is not present, making informed decisions to drive business success.
  3. Lead communication in the store, fostering an open and inclusive culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, focusing on customer satisfaction, colleague engagement, and operational excellence.
  5. Coach and develop colleagues to help them reach their full potential, providing constructive feedback and opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Previous retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving results and developing teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
  • A passion for working with people, with a focus on creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • The ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and adapt to changing circumstances.
