As a Senior User Experience Designer in Trading Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the development of cutting-edge financial technology solutions. The organization is a leading firm in the global interest rate derivatives market, offering high-performance marketplaces for fast and efficient price discovery, electronic execution, and end-to-end processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design all user experience components using Axure RP to drive user engagement and interaction.
  • Enhance existing UX and create new front-end components to elevate the user experience.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure UX components meet all requirements for functionality and aesthetics.
  • Partner with front-end developers to guarantee implementations align with designed UX.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • 5+ years designing UX in the financial services industry with expertise in user-centric design.
  • 3+ years designing UX using Axure with a strong focus on usability and accessibility.

Desirable Skills:

  • 2+ years designing UX for electronic trading of securities or other financial assets with a deep understanding of market dynamics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Clear, concise, and accurate written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial spirit; thrive in a high-pressure environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Arts, Science, or Fine Arts in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or Interactive Design, or equivalent with relevant coursework.
  • Masters degree a plus with advanced knowledge in UX design methodologies and best practices.
