Job Title: Project Manager - Daily Rate Contract

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of utility upgrade projects, with a primary focus on Chilled Water, Cooling Water, and Low-Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) systems. This includes overseeing associated electrical, piping, and automation infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of utility upgrade projects
- Oversee the associated electrical, piping, and automation infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure all projects are delivered in strict accordance with the client's internal Project Execution Model (PEM)

Required Skills & Experience:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in the management of engineering capital investment projects
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a dedicated project manager role
- Proven experience in the delivery of chilled water and heat pump projects
