  • Safely deliver capital projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Ensure adherence to client standards for key deliverables.
  • Presents alternative options and effectively communicates with Management/Client/Stakeholders.
  • Establishes project objectives aligned with requirements and ensures timely goal achievement.
  • Develops robust plans and strategies to oversee the project lifecycle.
  • Addresses project issues promptly by communicating with the team and implementing timely, budget-conscious solutions.
  • Provides clear direction and inspires the project team towards achieving objectives.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in resource allocation and skill matching for project tasks.
  • Fosters effective communication channels among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Regularly reports project status, schedule, and cost concerns to management.
  • Monitors compliance with relevant practices, policies, and specifications.
  • Conducts comprehensive quality control checks on budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance.

Requirements:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification.
  • At least 5 years' experience.
  • Experience in report writing, planning, and engaging with clients and senior leaders.
