We are seeking a Senior Manager to oversee the revenue management process and drive financial performance.
This role involves ensuring accurate revenue recognition, financial forecasting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage revenue recognition processes in compliance with accounting standards and project milestones.
- Collaborate with project teams to monitor financial performance, including revenue, FTE requirements, and unbilled positions.
- Deliver required audit documentation and ensure full compliance with SoX requirements.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, minimizing personal involvement in detailed processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive financial efficiencies across revenue management activities.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- A CPA or similar qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience in revenue management, financial analysis, or accounting, preferably within clinical research or healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of revenue recognition principles and financial reporting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with financial management systems and tools, with strong proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate across departments and manage financial teams.
