Are you a highly skilled professional with a strong background in financial services? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Support Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. As a Senior Financial Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to our financial planners, assisting them in the formulation and documentation of financial plans for clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist financial planners in creating customized financial plans for clients
  • Develop expertise in identifying and documenting strategies in a compliant and personalized format
  • Support annual review process for clients, attending meetings and analyzing information
  • Critically analyze client and planner information to provide informed support
  • Research and stay up-to-date on investment funds, insurance products, and tax legislation
  • Aid in the onboarding of new clients and assist with project tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal clients

Requirements
  • QFA qualification mandatory
  • On-track CFP certification or desire to pursue it
  • Previous experience in financial services preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent communication, numeric, and written skills
  • Strong attention to detail and self-motivation
