About Our Senior Leadership Role

We are seeking a talented hospitality professional to fill the position of Deputy General Manager at our esteemed hotel in the West of Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless daily operations and maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Oversee key departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services, to guarantee exceptional guest experiences.
  • Support staff management, training, and development, motivating a large team to consistently deliver excellence.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, cost control, and commercial performance, driving strong financial results.
  • Promote a positive work culture, ensuring guests receive a memorable experience at every touchpoint.

Requirements:

  • Proven senior management experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
  • A strong background in high-volume F&B and hotel operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • A commercial mindset, with a focus on service delivery, standards, and guest satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated drive and ambition, with the potential to step into the GM role in the future.
