Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or dynamic HR teams, with experience in achieving revenue targets and building business pipelines. They will also possess expertise in workforce transformation projects, including workforce strategy, design, planning, job architecture, leadership development, learning and development, talent strategies, career architecture, skills and competency frameworks, and HR projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic projects, working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and developing subject matter expertise on workforce transformation topics. They will also be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, drive business growth, and deliver high-quality results.
