About the role Our Workforce Transformation practice enables clients to achieve their strategic objectives in performance and growth, ultimately, leading the workforce of the future. In doing so, we partner with our clients enabling them to be future fit - i.e. transforming individuals, teams and workforces, to maximise performance, human potential and societal impact. We believe that defining the workforce of the future and focusing on the right transformation initiatives provide our clients with a lasting competitive advantage. We often work with our clients to build their workforce strategies, define the skills, capabilities, and knowledge required to innovate, deliver, and lead in the future; embed insights-driven approach through strategic workforce plan, enhance workforce capabilities through learning and development and drive the business ambition through leadership development programs. We also enable our clients to navigate through market trends and disruptions like GenAI and EU pay directives through and talent and advisory services. We are looking for an HR professional with talent management, workforce transformation and/or consulting experience to join our leadership team. As a Senior Consultant/ Manager your role will include the following: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and solve complex challenges utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools and technology Build the business aligned to overall organizational and service line targets by identifying opportunities, capitalising on stakeholder relationships, and building the sales pipeline Accountable for business development by participating in proposition development, contributing to new business proposals and taking roles in industry and account teams Lead out on projects ensuring timely delivery of milestones and deliverables, delivering value to our clients and managing project and service line commercials Deliver components of end-to-end workforce transformation/ talent activities in a variety of programme contexts by collaborating with a range of internal and external stakeholders Develop the team members by identifying their strengths, coaching and proposing changes to the ways of working as appropriate Build subject matter expertise on workforce transformation topics through research and experience to bring leading market insights to the clients About you Relevant experience in Consulting or a fast-paced, dynamic HR team Demonstrated capability to achieve revenue targets and build business pipeline Experience in HR/workforce transformation projects such as workforce strategy, workforce design, strategic workforce planning, job architecture, leadership, learning, talent strategies, career architecture, skills and competency frameworks, and HR projects Experience leading on strategic projects ideally in a consulting organisation, or as an internal Consultant or HR professional in a large organisation Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, and fast-paced project environments Creative approach to problem-solving, demonstrating innovative solutions to add value to a client or internal projects Demonstrate project management skills including planning, project governance and financials Strong analytical skills (MS Excel, Tableau, Macros and/or Access to analyse data).
