Within our Workforce Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of the future, helping clients become future-fit by transforming individuals, teams, and entire workforces to maximise performance and unlock human potential. Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position Proven experience in consulting or a fast-paced, dynamic HR environment, successfully delivering complex projects. Expertise in HR and workforce transformation areas such as workforce strategy, workforce design, strategic workforce planning, job architecture, leadership development, learning and talent strategies, career architecture, and competency frameworks. Demonstrated leadership on strategic projects, ideally within consulting or as an internal consultant/HR professional in a large organisation. Strong project management capabilities including planning, governance, and financial oversight. Advanced analytical and data visualisation skills using tools such as MS Excel, Tableau, or PowerBI. Creative problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering innovative solutions that add value. Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of market trends, sharing knowledge within the team. Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months Act as a trusted advisor to clients, solving complex workforce challenges by leveraging experience, industry knowledge, and emerging technologies such as AI. Lead workstreams and activities to ensure timely delivery of milestones, managing project scope, and commercial aspects effectively. Support business growth by identifying new opportunities, building stakeholder relationships, and contributing to sales pipeline development. Collaborate with internal teams to develop propositions, contribute to business proposals, and generate innovative ideas that enhance the Workforce Transformation service offering. Build and deepen subject matter expertise in workforce transformation topics to provide clients with leading market insights. What type of work will I be doing? Leading and delivering components of end-to-end workforce transformation and talent programmes, collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders (approximately 60%). Supporting business development activities including proposal writing, stakeholder engagement, and pipeline management (approximately 15%). Conducting research and analysis to build subject matter expertise and inform client solutions (approximately 15%). Participating in internal team initiatives to innovate and improve service delivery and ways of working (approximately 10%). Who is the Hiring Manager?
