Job Title: Digital Marketing Expert

About the Role:

The role of a Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager with the operation and coordination of all digital marketing sections, ensuring that the digital presence of the hotel group is in line with brand as well as sustaining the standards of material produced at all times.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in coordinating all digital marketing sections to ensure alignment with the hotel group's brand.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to identify trends and insights.
  • Research new online media opportunities to benefit the business, including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums.
  • Create engaging digital content, such as graphics and videos, to enhance the hotel group's online presence.
  • Analyze website traffic and monitor SEO, Google Analytics, and CRM performance to optimize digital marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
