Senior Digital Marketing Executive (Cybersecurity)
Location: Hybrid – Cork preferred (3 days/week in-office), remote across Ireland (monthly in-office), remote Bucharest

Smarttech247 is a fast-growing cybersecurity company delivering enterprise-grade managed detection and response (MDR) services to organisations globally.
We're hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to help scale our digital campaigns, drive content performance, and support lead generation across both inbound and outbound efforts.
This is a hands-on role.
You'll take ownership of key digital initiatives while working closely with a collaborative, experienced marketing team.
The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a clear "get things done" attitude.
What You'll Be Doing You'll deliver digital campaigns and content that generate awareness, leads, and sales support.
Key responsibilities include:
· Webinar marketing and execution: you'll own the full campaign setup, promotion, and delivery
· Social media: write and schedule LinkedIn content, build and manage the monthly social calendar, and contribute ideas to grow our YouTube presence
· Content creation: write and repurpose high-value assets including white papers, ebooks, guides, case studies, and reports
· Video content planning: develop storyboards, scripts, and basic plans for marketing videos; freelancers will handle filming and editing
· HubSpot campaign execution: build landing pages, workflows, nurture emails, and outbound campaigns
· Segmentation and list building: use HubSpot to create and manage segmented lists for targeted campaigns
· Email marketing: own the weekly newsletter and contribute to nurture workflows
· Inbound and outbound campaign support: contribute content and campaign ideas to drive full-funnel performance
· GA4 setup and reporting: ensure proper tracking via events and custom events; pull accurate reports to measure campaign effectiveness
· Partner marketing: support joint campaigns with channel and tech partners by building assets and campaigns
· Sales enablement: help deliver assets when requests come in from the sales team
· Persona and ICP refinement: contribute to documentation to keep targeting relevant and sharp
· Competitor awareness: stay informed on what's happening in the market and flag anything useful
You'll work closely with the marketing team, sales, the partner manager, and external freelancers and agencies to execute effectively.
You won't be left to figure everything out alone, but we do expect you to manage your time, communicate clearly, and take initiative.
Everyone on the team contributes where needed.

· Commercially minded: you know that performance matters and that business targets and outcomes drive marketing priorities
Must-Have Skills and Experience · 3+ years in B2B digital marketing
· Strong experience with HubSpot (landing pages, workflows, emails, segmentation, automation)
· Confident using Google Analytics 4 – including setting up events, UTM parameters and ensuring accurate campaign tracking and reporting
· Solid content writing and repurposing experience across formats (blog, guides, case studies, video scripts etc)
· Proven experience with organic social, especially LinkedIn
· Comfortable with inbound and outbound campaign strategy and execution
· Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (master's preferred)
· Comfortable using AI tools to support content and productivity
Bonus Points For · HubSpot and GA4 certifications
· Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech
· Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or channel/partner teams
· Interest or experience with growing a YouTube channel or video-based content
