What You'll DoStrategic Leadership
  • Partner closely with the Sales & Marketing Director to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to ensure seamless integration of offline and online brand activities.
  • Work with the Head of Sales and Head of Retail to support their marketing needs through bi-weekly review meetings.
  • Inspire, lead, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Champion and protect our brand identity across all markets and channels.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Set and monitor KPIs for the team and individual members.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring clear briefs, regular evaluations, and annual performance reviews.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Create and manage a results-oriented Annual Marketing Plan within budget.
  • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with brand values and business objectives.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to optimize marketing investments.
  • Report monthly on performance against plan and budget.
  • Analyse campaign effectiveness and share insights with stakeholders.
Team Development & Collaboration
  • Lead weekly team meetings and 1:1s to review progress, address challenges, and support professional growth.
  • Foster open communication within the marketing team and across departments.
  • Continuously assess and refine team roles and responsibilities for optimal performance.
Campaign Management & Brand Activation
  • Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential platforms.
  • Oversee advertising and promotional activities across all brands.
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
  • Align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives to drive growth.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally with retail experience.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential.
  • Proven success managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for performance metrics.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.
  • Solid experience in traditional marketing and media buying.
  • A deep passion for brand building and customer engagement.
