We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for the Carbery Dairy portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving brand growth and customer engagement across key markets, in line with our Strategy 2024–2026. You will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional collaborations, and ensuring our value propositions resonate with customers globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead thought leadership initiatives, including market research, product positioning, and value-added propositions.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, email campaigns, and social media in collaboration with the Group Marketing team.
  • Plan and execute trade shows and industry events to showcase Carbery Dairy's innovation and capabilities.
  • Act as the marketing point of contact for sustainability, R&D, Bord Bia, and group-wide initiatives.
  • Work closely with R&D and commercial teams to ensure the innovation pipeline is market- and consumer-driven.
  • Identify new opportunities for the Carbery Dairy range and support go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ROI on marketing spend.
  • Lead and contribute to strategic marketing initiatives across the business.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the food or dairy industry.
  • Customer-focused with a drive for results.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
