Job Overview:

Senior Analyst, Transfer Agency

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Analyst to join our Transfer Agency team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of external and internal cash payments while adhering to strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Manage and monitor cash payments to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies
  • Analyze and report on payment trends and patterns
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency

Key Responsibilities:

Core Duties:

  • Payment Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of cash payments, including initiation, processing, and settlement
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all payments meet high standards of quality and accuracy
