Job Description

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Analyst, Transfer Agency to join our dynamic team. As an Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of assigned accounts within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities will include overseeing reconciliations, answering queries in accordance with department procedures, managing work queues, and participating in team meetings. You will also be responsible for monitoring mailboxes to ensure all queries are completed within service level agreements, consulting with other TA partners to resolve reconciliation entries and queries, and supporting the improvement of quality through procedural reviews and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous financial services experience is desirable
