Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Tax Technology Consulting Manager. As a key member of our tax technology consulting team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative tax solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cultivate a unique blend of tax and technology skills through extensive opportunities to play a crucial role in transforming clients' tax functions effectively;
  2. Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the growth and development of our organization through networking, risk management, and support for new business proposals and presentations;
  3. Aid in bridging the technology knowledge and skills gap in tax departments by helping articulate the business value of technology as an enabler to our clients;
  4. Address business problems from inception to solution delivery, translating business requirements into tax technology solutions, project coordination and management, using specialist software for tax process automation and using various data visualization tools;
  5. Brainstorming and designing new innovative solutions for our clients using Gen AI, ERP, and other enterprise systems to solve real-time tax issues from the EU to OECD;
  6. Manage the development of new and implementation of existing technology solutions for our clients to drive efficiency and value for them through automation;
  7. Identify and research problems, driving their resolution through the preparation and presentation of well thought-out proposed;
  8. Manage the creation of business deliverables such as process maps, requirement documents, roadmaps, data visualization dashboards using technologies such as Power Bi and Tableau, in addition to configured tax technology software solutions for our clients;
  9. Provide well-structured, clear, and precise deliverables with strong attention to detail;
  10. Cultivate strong trusted connections with our clients and your colleagues in various departments across the organization;
  11. Manage go-to-market, business development initiatives and Request for Proposals ('Rf Ps');
  12. Provide supervision and guidance to development teams and manage junior resources/team members;
  13. Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution.
