Job Description

This role focuses on providing care and support to children with intellectual disabilities. The successful candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting the children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and documenting children's needs and progress
  • Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Providing direct care and support to children, including activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and participation in programs

Service Offerings:

  • Early Intervention Groups for children aged 18 months to 3 years
  • Toddler Groups for children aged 18 months to 3 years
  • Aftercare services for children aged 6 years to 18 years
  • Summer Respite programs for children aged 6 years to 18 years
