We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning and Development Professional to design, deliver, and manage impactful learning programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will conduct training needs assessments, create relevant course content, and facilitate onboarding and continuous professional development programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and performance data analysis.
  • Create engaging training materials, manuals, and e-learning content.
  • Deliver high-quality training sessions using various methods (in-person, virtual, workshops).
  • Facilitate effective onboarding and continuous professional development programs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant course content.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, training techniques, and technologies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field, with proven experience (typically 5+ years) in training, instructional design, or learning and development.

You will also need strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning software.

Additionally, you should have analytical skills to assess training needs and outcomes, highly organised with attention to detail and time management skills, strong facilitation and coaching abilities, and an ability to adapt and be creative in training approaches.
