This role is responsible for the daily operations of a hotel, overseeing all departments to ensure profitability and quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring department heads effectively manage their areas.
  • Communicate with department managers to ensure they meet management responsibilities and duties.
  • Oversee event planning and operation for large events at the hotel.
