A leadership role is available for a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our hotel's food department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies to optimize food performance and revenue
  • Managing budgets, cost control, and profit margins for the department
  • Collaborating with culinary teams on menu planning and implementation
  • Leading, training, and motivating food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional service
  • Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance satisfaction
  • Oversseeing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and inventory management
  • Coordinating event planning and catering for weddings, conferences, and special occasions
