Responsibilities
  • Provide overnight service to hotel guests
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures and checklists
  • Report defective materials and equipment to the relevant department
  • Assist with room service and comply with food handling regulations
  • Night cleaning of public areas and outside areas
  • Hotel security and fire walk
  • Follow all Health & Safety protocols
  • Hotel reception duties including answering guest requests and telephone enquiries
  • Set up meeting/function rooms as required
  • Assist in all other areas of the hotel as required
  • Maintain a high standard of personal grooming
  • Good level of conversational English for guest and team communication
