Night Porter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Night Porter to contribute to our establishment's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with guest arrivals and departures, as well as provide support for luggage and porterage services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of hotel areas, including but not limited to the lobby, back office, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas, and the meeting room floor.
  • Clean other areas as directed by management and according to nightly checklists.
  • Ensure the front entrance and outside of the hotel remain clean and tidy at all times.
  • Familiarize yourself with fire procedures to guarantee the safety of all staff and guests.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Proficient spoken English skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.
