Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of the hotel at night, ensuring a seamless guest experience. You will be responsible for managing front office duties, including running the night audit report and handling check-in and check-out procedures.

You will also be responsible for maintaining the highest level of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to perform regular health and safety checks, including fire drills and security sweeps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel at night, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
  • Manage front office duties, including running the night audit report and handling check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service, responding promptly to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform regular health and safety checks, including fire drills and security sweeps.
