Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Night Auditor to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel at night, while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Responsible for overall health & safety at night, including fire walks, security checks, and any other relevant health & safety duties.
  • Perform Front Office duties, including running the night audit report and check-in and check-out guests.
  • Clean the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
  • Lead the team to achieve goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities

The Night Auditor will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided at all times.
  2. Conducting regular security checks and maintaining a safe working environment.
  3. Processing night audit reports and managing front office operations.
  4. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and meeting room area.
  5. Leading the night team to achieve their goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful as a Night Auditor, you will need:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Capability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
