Lead Hospitality Manager - Cork

We are seeking an experienced Lead Hospitality Manager to join the team of a prestigious hotel in Cork.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a 4-star hotel or similar high-standard establishment and will play a key role in the daily operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach to management and maintain high standards in Food & Beverage service, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Work closely with other department managers to meet and exceed guest expectations.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve any issues effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hospitality management experience in a busy environment.
  • A strong background in Food & Beverage operations is essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proactive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Flexibility regarding work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must have legal authorization to work full-time in Ireland.
