Restaurant Manager Job

Manage the Restaurant Department at a luxury 4* Resort Hotel in Cork, ensuring exceptional standards and service delivery to guests.

Lead a team of Food and Beverage professionals, delivering an amazing experience in accordance with established hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of Restaurant, Lounge, and Private Dining Operations
  • Communicate effectively with relevant parties and lead your department in a structured manner
  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience in accordance with service standards
  • Maintain a high level of team ethos, ensuring F&B staff are motivated and supported
  • Implement a standard of service for the Food & Beverage department
Requirements:
  • Possess a third-level qualification in Hospitality Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of three years operational experience within a luxury 4/5* Hotel/Restaurant
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational skills
  • Excellent leadership and motivational skills, attention to detail is essential
