**Job Title:** Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and manage the Restaurant Department, ensuring an amazing level of standards and service is delivered to our guests at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the Restaurant, Lounge, and Private Dining Operations.
  • Communicate effectively with all relevant parties and lead your department in a structured and organized manner.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established standards of service.
  • Maintain a high level of team ethos, ensuring all F&B staff are motivated and supported.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and Food and Beverage outlets.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A 3rd-level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a luxury 4/5* Hotel/Restaurant.
  • Self-motivation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to lead and motivate a busy team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
