Salary: €45,000 per annum
We are currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager for a thriving 4-star hotel in West Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to lead a dynamic team in a high-quality, guest-focused environment.
The ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from service delivery and team leadership to stock control and budgeting. A hands-on and people-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and continuously improved
Develop and update the restaurant offering in line with guest expectations and industry trends
Manage staff rosters, stock levels, budgets, and costs in accordance with company targets
Provide ongoing training and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture
Lead the team with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and teamwork
Build strong, positive relationships with both guests and staff
Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain seamless communication between front- and back-of-house
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on team development
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proven experience managing stock, budgets, and operational costs
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
Rewards
