Restaurant Manager
Salary: €45,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager for a thriving 4-star hotel in West Cork. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven hospitality professional to lead a dynamic team in a high-quality, guest-focused environment.

The ideal candidate will be confident in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, from service delivery and team leadership to stock control and budgeting. A hands-on and people-focused approach is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure service standards are consistently upheld and continuously improved

  • Develop and update the restaurant offering in line with guest expectations and industry trends

  • Manage staff rosters, stock levels, budgets, and costs in accordance with company targets

  • Provide ongoing training and development to team members, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Lead the team with a focus on guest experience, service excellence, and teamwork

  • Build strong, positive relationships with both guests and staff

  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain seamless communication between front- and back-of-house

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-driven hotel or restaurant setting

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills with a focus on team development

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Proven experience managing stock, budgets, and operational costs

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
