Job Title: Restaurant Executive

About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Executive to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a positive, inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and growth among staff members
  • Implement and continuously evaluate service standards to drive quality improvement
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to ensure seamless communication between the front- and back-of-house teams
  • Manage staff rosters, stock levels, budgets, and costs in alignment with company targets and industry trends
  • Develop and provide ongoing training programs for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with guests and staff through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume hotel or restaurant setting
  • Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a focus on team development and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with both guests and staff
  • Experience managing operational costs, budgets, and stock levels in a fast-paced environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences
