Restaurant Manager Job

This restaurant manager role is an opportunity to join a high-performing team in a contract catering environment. As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of a busy on-site restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and staff coordination.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery
  • Monitor budgets and costs to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle scheduling, training, and team performance reviews
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or catering environment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Understanding of contract catering or high-volume service environments an advantage
  • Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and independently
Benefits

Salary: €50,000 per annum (Negotiable depending on experience)
