This is an exciting opportunity to showcase leadership skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Kitchen Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and deliver high-quality food consistently.
About the Role
- Oversight of kitchen operations, including planning and delivering seasonal menus aligned with customer expectations.
- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
- Management of stock levels, suppliers, and ordering within budget requirements.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume catering, hotel, or restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Passion for innovation, food trends, and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and achieve operational targets.
