Executive Operations Manager

Based in Cork, Ireland, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Team Lead to oversee day-to-day operations and drive organisational delivery of quality results.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for developing tools and reports to analyse and run the business, including workflow optimisations, workforce management, and volume predictions. You will also help resolve staffing requirements and participate in interviewing and hiring processes.
Minimum Qualifications- A proven track record of people management experience, with a strong focus on leading high-performing teams.
- Experience defining and analysing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive operational improvements.
- Experience scaling operations in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Management experience in global or multi-tiered organisations.
- The ability to empower and drive team performance, while being accountable for business priorities.
- A self-starter with an analytical orientation, strategic vision, and strong executional track record.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels of the organisation.
