Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence: Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff, including bartenders and servers. Create staff schedules to optimize labor costs and foster a positive work environment.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained, addressing customer feedback and resolving issues promptly. Monitor dining areas to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Financial Acumen: Monitor and manage budgets, analyzing sales reports and operational data to identify areas for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote private dining, special events, and themed/seasonal events to drive customer traffic.
  • Facility Management: Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of the restaurant, ensuring a safe and inviting environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred but not required), minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, and strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
