**General Manager Wanted**

We are seeking a seasoned General Manager to spearhead the success of our restaurant and bar in Co. Kerry.

  • This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • A proven track record in driving profitability, managing operational efficiency, and fostering collaborative working relationships is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and work within a team as well as on their own initiative.

**Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • To drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives and marketing efforts
  • To enhance customer loyalty and foster efficient and collaborative working relationships with senior leadership
  • To manage operational efficiency, from budgeting to resource allocation, ensuring both cost control and top-tier service

**Requirements:

  • 3 Years General Management experience in a busy bar and restaurant environment
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills
  • Proven track record in driving profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Operational expertise in managing fast-paced food & beverage environments, with a focus on efficiency and innovation

**What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of €40,000 – €50,000 per year dependent on experience
