Restaurant Management Opportunity

A high-performing restaurant manager is sought to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy on-site eatery in Cork.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant's daily operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of front-of-house and service staff.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and food quality standards.
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery.
  • Monitor costs and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of contract catering environments an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities.
  • Ability to manage day-to-day operations efficiently and independently.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
