Restaurant Manager Job
We are currently recruiting for a full-time experienced Restaurant Manager to join our hospitality team and manage the restaurant department. The successful candidate will lead and manage the restaurant food and beverage team ensuring an exceptional level of standards and service is delivered to guests at all times.
Role Overview:- Managing all aspects of the restaurant, lounge and private dining operations.
- Communicating effectively with all relevant parties and leading your department in a structured and organised manner.
- Delivering an exceptional experience to all guests in accordance with established standards of service.
- Maintaining a high level of team ethos ensuring all F&B staff are motivated and supported.
- Liaising with the head chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and Food and Beverage outlets.
- Possess a 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years operational experience within a luxury 4/5* hotel/restaurant.
- Self-motivated, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a good ability to lead and motivate a busy team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail is essential.
