Job Overview

This role entails overseeing the strategic direction and operational efficiency of a luxury hotel in Cork, Ireland.

As an experienced Operations Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing business objectives to ensure the hotel's continued success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive business strategy in collaboration with the General Manager to drive hotel growth and revenue maximization.
  • Maintain and implement all internal control procedures as per finance and management standards.
  • Oversee daily operations, including Front Office and Food & Beverage teams.
  • Recruit and select managers, supervisors, and employees to support hotel goals.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and document all procedures to ensure smooth hotel operations.
