Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at a luxury 4 star hotel in Cork.

This role will involve managing all aspects of the restaurant lounge and private dining operations ensuring exceptional standards and service are delivered to guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the restaurant food and beverage team.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and stakeholders.

  • Motivate and support F&B staff.
Requirements:
  • Possess a degree in hotel management or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years operational experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills.
