We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Dining Experience Leader.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and be part of a dynamic team. As a Dining Experience Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Your main responsibility will be to lead by example, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Supervision: Lead and supervise your team during service hours, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Delegate Tasks: Delegate responsibilities to team members and provide clear instructions on tasks and expectations.
  • Training & Development: Support new team members through training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Team Performance: Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Operations & Service
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the dining area and kitchen are maintained at a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the day.
  • Service Procedures: Oversee the setup, service, and closing procedures for all dining outlets during service hours.
  • Cash Handling: Manage daily cash handling, reconcile tills, and ensure accurate reporting at the end of service.
  • Stock Control: Assist with stock control, including ordering, monitoring usage, and reducing waste.
Guest Experience
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate friendly, professional, and efficient service to set the tone for the team.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Anticipate guest needs and support the team in upselling and promoting hotel services.
  • Resolve Issues: Handle guest complaints or issues promptly, professionally, and in line with company policy.
Health & Safety
  • Compliance: Ensure team compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and fire safety standards.
  • Report Accidents: Report any accidents, hazards, or maintenance issues immediately to management.
