Job Title: Resort Restaurant Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Resort Restaurant Manager to lead our Food and Beverage team in delivering exceptional standards of service to our guests. As a key member of the operational team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, lounge, and private dining operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a busy team of food and beverage staff.
  • Lead by example, showcasing a strong floor presence and providing a welcoming experience for guests.
  • Implement a standard of service that meets our high expectations.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure smooth service between the kitchen and food and beverage outlets.
  • Create weekly rosters and manage payroll processing.

Requirements:
  • 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years operational experience within a luxury hotel/restaurant.
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
