Delivering Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as Assistant Guest Experience Manager. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that every guest has a seamless and unforgettable experience at our luxurious resort.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of the guest's stay, working closely with various departments across the resort to deliver exceptional service.
  • They will assist in managing the Guest Service Call Centre, Butlers, and Guest Experience Executives to ensure that every guest receives a personalized and tailored experience.
  • In addition, they will support the Director of Guest Experience in overseeing the resort's activities and events, including special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, and Halloween.

As an Assistant Guest Experience Manager, you will have the opportunity to inspire your team and other colleagues across the resort to enhance the service we deliver. You will also contribute to the development of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a 5-star/luxury property is essential.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with colleagues.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships with guests and team members.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of the resort.
