  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Guest Quality Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience during their stay with us.">
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. ">
  2. Prior to Arrival: Assist guests with planning their itinerary, ensuring all preferences are accurately noted and shared with the relevant teams.">
  3. Guest Communications: Answer communications relating to incoming VIG guests via phone & email, ensuring all pre-calling aspects for the guests are complete.">
  4. Weekly Reports: Compile of weekly reports for the department and curation of a weekly VIG Guest Pack for the wider Resort.">
  5. Guest Experience: Provide support to the Guest Experience Executives & Butlers in delivering a bespoke service to each of our guests by ensuring any guest's requests are noted and then actioned accordingly by the operations team.">
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for special Resort events such as Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, and other seasonal occasions.">
  7. Liaison: Liaise daily with Butlers and Guest Experience Executives to ensure seamless coordination of guest preferences and itineraries.">
  8. Communication: Ensure all information regarding activities, brochures, special events and local tourism information is up to date and correctly communicated with the wider team.">
  9. VIP Arrivals: Coordinate internal communications related to VIP arrivals and ensure guest queries and updates are accurately distributed across departments.">
  10. Team Support: Provide administrative support to the Director of Guest Experience and the management team, and complete any tasks assigned in a prompt manner.">
  11. Guest Archive: Upon departure, you will keep an up-to-date archive of documents and preferences to enhance the guest's future visits.">
