Job Description:

The role of a Receptionist is to create an exceptional experience for guests. This involves ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.

As a key member of the hotel team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling guest queries efficiently, and being proactive in resolving issues.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a hotel reception role within a 4-star or 5-star hotel setting.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent presentation, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Experience with hotel software systems, such as Hotsoft, is highly desirable.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
